FAQ


1.) How to place an order?

Just add the item you wish to purchase to the cart and click on the "checkout" button.

2.) Can I cancel my order after its been placed?

Strictly NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. Once you place an order, it is your responsibility to double check if you really want to buy it. Bogus buyers will be posted across social media platform.

3.) How do I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking number and which courier handles the item.

4.) When will I get my tracking number?

Once an order has been processed, tracking number usually takes 3-5 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at support@okaykayo.com.

5.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.

Shipment may be delayed for some reasons such us due to bad weather, long Holidays, customs, a huge number of deliveries and backlogs. If it takes more than 2 weeks since the package was shipped, please contact us.

6.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time mentioned on the shipping page.

7.) How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days for Metro Manila and 5-7 business days for Provincial. 

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

8.) Are all the shipments insured?

Yes, all our packages are insured. In a case of loss, we will re-ship the shipment free of charge.

9.) What are your payment methods?

Debit/Credit Cards, Cash On Delivery, Cash On Pick-Up (LBC)

10.) I haven't received my order yet.

If you have not yet received your order within 10 days, please contact support@okaykayo.com immediately. You may also contact your local post office if your parcel has arrived. Please note that we are not held liable for any incorrect shipping address and phone numbers provided by you.


11.) Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us asap so we can check your order's status in our database. Please note that we can’t change your shipping address once your order is already shipped out.

12.) What should I do when I receive a damaged product? 

Before we forward your order to the courier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. Due to this, please contact us immediately on support@okaykayo.com, and kindly give us a brief description together with the damaged product photos. We'll solve it with you.
